Is "Buy And Hold" Investing Dead?

This blogger frequently listens to Saturday morning talk radio while doing various other things.  You can always count on several shows touting the value of stock trading (with their company, of course, after spending a large amount of money to "learn" the skill) and stating that "Buy and Hold" investing is for losers.
