Antonin Scalia: Church And State Confusion

Hemant Mehta has posted on Antonin Scalia's interpretation of the teaching of his Catholic faith leading to a blind spot as a US Supreme Court Justice.  Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas are prime examples of highly educated ideologues in very important positions of authority.  To think that people like them have the ultimate authority on the interpretation of the US Constitution makes this blogger very unsettled.
