In light of this thought, I have the HRC logo on the rear bumper of my car in support of ALL peaceful groups not treated equally within society:

This blogger recently participated in a Gay Pride event by volunteering at the Greensboro Atheists booth. Another booth at the event was provided by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), which is focused on equality for members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender community. While their work is laudable, a thought arose: Why couldn't this group expand to support other maligned minority groups such as atheists? It would seem to this blogger that even the name would not need to be changed. Just a thought.
